8/19/18 - Max FB: 85, FB: 81-84, Avg FB: 82.94, CB: 63-66
6-foot-4, 170-pound, RHP had his velocity down slightly from the Scout Day last Sunday, where he was consistent 84-85.  XL tall, athletic frame w/ prototypical pitcher size.  Super projectable, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential.  Pitches from a full wind-up into H ¾ to OTT release from the first base side of the rubber.  Simple, repeatable mechanics.  Some effort in throw, ball gets on you, deceptive.  Straight FB shows occasional short cut.  Generated 5 swing and misses on 15 swings (33 %) on the FB.  Big downer CB w/ proper shape and rotation, best used as a pitch to steal a strike.  Around the zone w/ his 2-pitch mix.  Projects to command.

8/11/18 - Max FB: 86, FB: 84-85, CB: 64-66, CH: 74-76

6-foot-4, 170-pound, RHP showed a velo jump to go with a super projectable frame.  XL tall, athletic frame w/ prototypical pitcher size.  Super projectable, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential.  Pitches from a full wind-up into H ¾ release from the first base side of the rubber.  Super quick arm w/ clean, repeatable delivery.  FB shows occasional short arm-side run.  Big downer CB w/ above average depth, best used to steal a strike.  CH w/ arm-speed, fade and sink.  Around the zone, shows ability to pitch w/ intent to both corners.

8/11/18 - 60 Time: 7.53, Position Velocity:  IF-83, Exit Velocity: 81
6-foot-4, 170-pound, RHH showed some intriguing tools as a position player, but profiles best as a pitcher.  XL tall, athletic frame w/ prototypical pitcher size.  Super projectable, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential.  Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into stride to square and proper load.  Generates bat speed through the zone.  Barrel stays in the zone for a long-time w/ some loft.  Projectable pull power.  Defensively, shows solid hands w/ good footwork and easy arm strength w/ carry through target and some length in his release.

11/18/17 - Max FB: 84, FB: 82-84, CB: 64-65, CH: 72-74
6-foot-4, 170-pound, RHP w/ prototypical frame and present velocity.  Tall, long and lanky frame w/ lot of projection.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ rocker step into first base side of the rubber.  Leg kick into leg drive and H ¾ release.  Easy velocity.  Legs along for the ride.  Repeatable.  Occasional cocking action in back w/ arm action.  FB w/ occasional arm side run, occasional straight w/ ride through the zone.  Medium downer CB w/ proper shape, early breaker.  CH w/ arm-speed and fade.  Around the zone, projects to pound the zone.
