4-3-2018: Showed a compact stroke in batting practice with plus bat speed and good extension. The swing path to the ball got longer during the game and the slider gave him some trouble, but Dalton is just 120 at-bats into his Division I career after a just one season at Columbia State CC, Tennessee. He also showed an average to above average arm with solid defense. (Seifert)
