03.03.17 - 6-foot-1, 185-pound frame. Gifted with a powerful arm but plagued by control issues, Gonzalez has the tools to be a dominant pitcher at the collegiate level. His fastball ranged from 88-92 mph and his big breaking curveball was in the 68-70 mph range. His strong frame suggests there is room for growth.

6-foot-1, 180-pound strong, athletic build. Works from a high-¾ slot, advanced arm speed with his fastball ranging from 89-90 mph, topping out once at 92 mph. He threw one curveball at 71 mph and one good slider at 79 mph. Gonzalez has a slow, deliberate delivery, then gets very aggressive at foot-strike. Could be a really good sign for someone with improved command and repeating his delivery.

6-foot-1, 180-pound strong, athletic build. Showed advanced arm speed with his fastball ranging from 90-91 mph. He settled in to the 87-89 mph range, dropping into the 84-87 range in his second inning of work. He spun his curveball 69-71 mph.
