7/23/16 - Physical 6-foot, 190-pound left-handed hitting Arkansas recruit. Turney consistently lifted balls well beyond the right-field wall, including one that went halfway up a building that houses Northwestern’s indoor facility. Followed it up with a run-scoring double on a 92-mph fastball on Saturday.

8/11/15 - Woke some people up with his Sunday triple and continued to show thunder at the plate on Monday. He went 1-for-4 in the game, but had two exit velos in excess of 90 mph and showed off excellent bat speed in batting practice. He’s easily one of the most impressive hitters so far at the Area Code Underclass Games.

8/10/15 - Smoked a ball, 102.5 off the bat, to center field and got a triple out of it. He drove in a run with the hit and scored himself. He later scored again after walking and added a hard single in his final trip to the plate.
