Paced the Firebirds in innings (27.2 over seven appearances and five starts) while punching out 30, walking 12 and posting a .194 BAA. With a broad frame and upright delivery, Thomas sports an upper-80s-to-low-90s fastball that he commands well in the zone, but the curve and changeup are both fringy at present. Despite going undrafted in 2021, his solid showing on the Cape should make him an interesting follow as a potential senior sign next summer.
