6/6/18 - 5-foot-8, 143-pound frame with projection remaining. Estrada hit from a balanced set up from the right side. Gets on plane early, barrel stays on plane through the zone. Minimal wasted movement. Registered an 78 mph exit velocity. Defensively worked out in the outfield where he profiles best at a corner spot. Showed some arm speed on his throws recording an 81 mph outfield velocity. Also ran a 7.20 60-yard dash. On the mound Estrada worked 72-74 topping at 75 mph from a lower ¾ arm slot. Fastball was mostly straight. Also spun a slower curveball at 57-58 mph with gradual 11/5 break. Could keep his torso stacked behind his midline longer into stride foot contact. Added strength and mass will help improve overall game.
