Mosley was a standout at the Texas-New Mexico Junior College All-Star Game, where the 6-foot-3 hurler showed a quick arm while sitting 91-93 mph with good late life. He pairs his heater with a 78-79 curveball that has tight spin and sharp, late downer break. Mosley repeats his delivery well and pounds the strike zone.
Mosley has plenty of room to add strength to his wiry frame at 6-foot-1, 145-pounds, and already has a quick arm. The right-hander sat 84-86, working from a long arm stroke. Hooks his curveball in the back but still throws it with similar arm speed at 65-67 with deep break and 10/4 shape.
