Thielepape has plenty of upside and solid overall skill set, to go with a still developing, high-waisted frame at 5-foot-9, 145-pounds. Long stride runner, posted a 7.05 60-yard dash. Fluid swing with good barrel awareness, Thielepape handles the bat well, starting from an open stance, he loads back smooth with rhythm throughout. Lands balanced with energy in his lower half, quickish hands through the zone with good lag in the barrel and loose hands. Line drive approach through the middle of the field during BP. On the infield, Thielepape has a quick first step, and plays through the ball with good tempo, solid posture, soft hands and clean exchange. Arm works well from different slots and he can play on the run.
