7-20-2018: Catcher Saul Garza is expected to be a key addition for LSU as a junior-college transfer. He had a quiet showing in this showcase, but the 6-foot-4, 225-pound righthanded hitter has an intimidating presence in the box and obvious power potential. He looked like a capable defender behind the plate, though I’ll need more looks to get a better feel for his defensive ability.
