Sebek had maybe the most impressive round of batting practice during the event. The LHH had a very efficient and short swing that produced hard contact all over the field. He drove multiple balls out of the yard during his round and squared up balls consistently. Defensively he profiles as a 3B/2B and showed soft hands and enough arm to handle both.
Positional Profile: 3B/SS
Body: 5-foot-11, 185 pounds.
Hit: LH. Balanced stance, small foot lift load trigger into stride, hands start aligned with back shoulder and stay aligned, rotating to trigger the swing, slightly uphill swing plane hitting deep fly balls and line drives to the pull side.
Power: 92.9 mph max exit velocity in BP, 86.9 mph average exit velocity, 349 feet max distance, 57% of batted balls over 90 mph exit velocity.
Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. Short arm action, good carry to the bag with accurate throws.
Defense: Clean footwork getting into fielding position, good hands fielding the ball in rhythm towards his target with a clean funnel to release.
