Standing 6-foot-3, 225-pounds, Post is a projectable left-handed bat that raised some early morning eyebrows with his round of BP, showing easy power as he ambushed balls with carry and a 94 mph exit velocity. Ball jumped off his bat to deep centerfield and he also showed pull side pop. Post has good lag in the barrel, working on a slightly uphill plane through the zone, creating natural lift as he throws the head with loose hands and a high finish. He singled sharply to centerfield during the game. At first base, he plays low with a wide base and soft hands.
