Positional Profile: RHP/3B RHS Will add strength and fill out. Imposing figure on the mound in future. Repeats delivery and arm action. Arm speed will develop. FB velocity will increase, will throw harder. Blender breaking developing, solid finish at times. Change will firm. Watch progress, will develop.
Body: 6-6, 241-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Width to back and shoulders. Good lower. Projects well physically. Imposing figure on the mound as he adds strength.
Delivery: Knee lift, inward turn of hip. Stride leg works down the slope, open toe lander slightly. Gets over front leg with chest, spinoff finish.
Arm Action: RH. Full circle, works well, arm speed present.Velocity will firm.
FB: T88, 87-87 mph. Solid down plane. Arm side run. Velocity will firm, will throw harder. T2286, 2193 average rpm.
CB: 77-80 mph. Short breaker, 12-5 solid finish. Will develop in solid pitch. Blended action pitch between slider and CB. T2121, 2057 average rpm.
CH: 79-81 mph. Fade, maintains arm speed, slows delivery slgihtly. Will be solid pitch, deception and action. T2148, 2046 average rpm.

Long, physical frame with plenty of projection remaining. Full arm circle with present arm speed. Fastball worked 86-87, topping 87, showing carry up in the zone with solid downhill plane. Breaking ball shows short, late action with quality feel, and the changeup has fade. Velocity should continue to come as he matures; strong follow arm.

Harbuck has a confident presence in the box and shows the ability to get into strong hitting positions. He creates hard contact with a clean path and solid timing. Defensively, he handles his spot at first base and will continue to refine his footwork and actions. His bat will carry his profile, and as he adds strength, the power potential should show up more consistently. A bat to follow moving forward.
