Game Performance

Notes

7/07/26

Projectable RHP with present arm strength and a build that should continue to mature physically. Works from a repeatable, deliberate delivery, running the four seam fastball 84 to 86 mph with some ride and more velocity still in the tank. The slider is his best secondary, sitting 72 to 74 mph with approximately -20 HM and quality shape. Commanded both pitches well, giving him a solid foundation with pitchability and upside.

11/14/25

Hebert had a nice showing on both sides of the ball. With a solid bat bath and G2G pop, he hit a single up the middle and base hit to RF in game play. In the INF, Peter has good actions and feet with plenty of arm to play the left side (86mph across the diamond). On the bump, his FB sat 82-84mph and T85. The SL was his best secondary pitch. It sat 74-75mph with ~2550rpm. Solid two way player.

Peter Hebert, Stratford (TX), 2028
Positional Profile: 3B/RHP Pitching: RHP with ability to create good spins on all pitches. Shows movement development. Arm path is long and clean with deliberate delivery. Can get on time a little more for command. RHH/INF will add strength for solid build. Moves fine on baseball field, look for speed to increase some in future. Developing actions, will be steady infielder in future. Solid bat/power combo in future, swing works, will firm hit approach. Developing player with versatility, will hit. Quality AB's in game play.
Body: 5-11, 167-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength in future, width to back and shoulders present. Projects well physically.
Hit: RHH. Rotational back foot showing linear movement forward, nice job of using lower 1/2 in swing. Hits into firm front leg. Stride foot rolls onto side of foot and into heel, hindering balance and ability for lower 1/2 to work completely thru swing. Stay into ground with stride foot. Barrel/hands in good launch position, takes solid path to baseball. Look for bat speed to increase with added strength in future. 67.8 mph bat speed with 10 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 93 max exit velocity, averaged 85.0 mph. 301' max distance. Solid bat/power combo future. Adjustment opportunity with hit approach firming ability to impact baseball in future. Swing works.
Arm: RH. INF-83 mph. Athletic arm action. Ball has some carry. Slow putting it in the air.
Defense: Soft hands. Stays down. Needs more aggression moving forward on balls. Fields baseball little deep at times, work to field baseball out front with consistency. Occasional glove tap and glove flip seen.
ATH: 7.38 runner in the 60. 1.75 and 4.06 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Solid stride length. Upright runner, bend at waist to get lean forward with head and shoulders. Run time will improve. 19.60 max vertical.
