Positional Profile: OF/C LHH OF Will add needed strength in future. Plus runner, will add increased speed, quickness present, will get his share of SB's. Solid defender in OF with ability to play all 3 OF spots. Project solid bat/power combo in future. Player with tools that will continue to develop.
Body: 5-8, 152-pounds. Sloping shoulers, width to back present. Good lower. Projects well physically.
Hit: LHH. Rotational back foot, gets stuck, work to get back foot fully turned facing pitcher, driving back hip forward and on time. Hits into firm front leg with good upright posture. Stride foot stays into ground, nice job of hitting from gound up. Hands in good positon to launch with barrel straight back, dead stop. Develop slight hand movement prior to launch working to get barrel in area towards back and behind head. This will give increased bat speed. Barrel works out and around presently causing swing to pull off. Taking hands barrel on direct path to hit zone working to stay thru baseball, not pulling off. Bat speed will firm with added strenght and physical maturity. 63.7 mph bat speed with 18 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 94 max exit velocity, averaged 85.6 mph. 335' max distance. Project solid bat/power combo with adjustments. Contact conistency and impact will firm with adjustments.
Arm: RH. OF-83 mph. Behind crow hop. Arm works with accurate throws. Projects to have avg HS raw arm strength in future. Recommend long toss program to increase arm speed and raw arm strength
Defense: Moves well to baseball. Breaks down to field, fields ball out front off left leg out front. Good glove to hand exchange.
ATH: 6.82 runner in the 60. 1.62 and 3.78 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Solid run form and stride length. Plus runner now, speed will increase some in future. Quickness to start, ability to get some SB's present. 22.40 max vertical.
