Positional Profile: 2B/SS Solid tools, like the future bat/combo with power developing. Defensively will be solid avg with ability to play CF. Like the upside, fun to watch develop. No question he will be playing somewhere in college.
Body: 5-9, 160-pounds. Good frame/build to add strength, legs showing some definition and strength now. Will get stronger.
Hit: RHH. Slightly crouched stance with feet past shoulders, weight evenly distributed. Slight weight shift into back leg along with inward turn to upper 1/2 to initiate stride, Rotational back foot, lower 1/2 works in swing well, upper torso falls back slightly in swing, would like to see him stay more upright in swing. Overall solid swing. Solid hand/barrel position to launch. Nice overall path to hitting zone with hands/barrel, can control barrel on middle/away, loses barrel slightly at times. Bat/hand speed will continue to improve with added strength. 66.2 mph bat speed with 17 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 91 max exit velocity, averaged 80.9 mph. 330' max distance. Solid approach and swing. Power will continue to develop to pull side. Like the upside to bat/power in future.
Arm: RH. OF-80 mph. Cutoff circle to back side with fair arm speed. Can lengthen arm circle improving arm speed, arm speed will improve.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, gets into good position to field ball.
