At the plate, Riddick was impressive. 5-11 with a lanky frame that still has a lot of projection left to it, he hits from the right side and has a short, quick swing. Very quick to contact with a short fast, whippy bat. Level to slightly uphill swing with a strong contact point. Showed good approach working middle of the field. Has a chance to add significant power as he adds strength to his frame, very impressive prospect to keep an eye on who has the potential to hit for average and power as he develops.
