Unsigned Senior Games 8/7/18
Karicher is 5-11 with an athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open athletic stance, short leg kick stride on line, short load back with a wrap, hips rotate completely with some explosion, some balance to swing. Short to ball, line drive swing, slightly uphill swing path with extension through the ball, showed pull preference but ability to use whole field, exit velocity was 88. At short, active feet, rounds ball and fields with above average hands, quick clean exchange, low three quarters arm slot, position velocity was 81. Showed versatility going behind the plate and in the outfield, pop times were 1.93-1.99. Ran a 7.44 60 yard dash. On the mound, he throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a short loose arm action and some effort. Drop and drive, shoulders uphill and on line, lands closed with a hard fall off finish. Fastball was 81-83, touching 84 with some downward plane and a touch of late run. Curveball was 70-73 with late 11/5 break and good armspeed. Splitter was 73 with good armspeed and some sink.

He hits from the right side from a balanced athletic stance, short leg kick stride on line, smooth load back with a wrap, hips rotate completely and he maintains some balance to his swing. Short to the ball, level line drive swing gets a bit uphill when he pulls, has some batspeed and extension through the ball, exit velocity was 82. At short, rounds ball and fields with above average hands, works through the ball and throws from a three-quarters arm slot, infield velocity was 83. Showed versatility going behind the plate, catcher velocity was 77, pop times were 2.03-2.21. Ran a 7.22 60 yard dash. On the mound, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with short arm action that is quick, high effort to his delivery. Shoulders are uphill and on line as he strides out, lands closed with a hard fall off finish. Fastball was 82-84, touching 85, pitch had some downward plane and some boring action to armside. Curveball was 69-73 with good armspeed and 11/5 break. Splitter was 71-75 with armspeed and some downer action to it.
9.25.17:  Karicher is 5-11 with an athletic frame, he hits from the right side from a taller athletic stance. Strides on line, loads down, some rhythm to swing. Hips rotate completely, some balance to swing. Level line drive swing, some quickness to the ball, works best working gap to gap, gets a bit uphill to pull side, exit velocity was 80. At short, active feet, works around ball, fields with average hands. Plays through the ball, clean exchange. Throws from a three-quarters arm slot, shorter loose arm action with recoil, infield velocity was 78. Ran a 7.26 60 yard dash. On the mound, throws from a three-quarters arm slot, short quick whippy arm action, some effort to his delivery. Shoulders uphill and slightly closed, lands closed with a hard fall off finish and some recoil. Fastball was 76-79 with some boring action to it. Curveball has hard 11/5 break and good armspeed, running 66-67. Change-up has fading action and good armspeed at 74.
7.31.16:  Karicher has an athletic frame. Good side to side blocker and solid receiver. Short, loose arm action with an above average arm. Release is clean and should speed up as he develops. Pop times 2.25-2.34, 2.09 from his knees, with consistent accuracy. Aggressive back picking with a quick release. Hits from the right side. Strides open, ok hips, backside collapses a bit. Short to the ball with good extension through it, pull approach with easy doubles power and potential for more. Above average batspeed. Good baserunner, not slow, 4.62 home to first.
