2/16/19:�Athletic, aggressive, quick armed righty who throws from a three-quarters slot.�Fair arm flexion. Short stride, fall type delivery with very little lower half. Rushes to the plate and jerks open with late effort. Fastball up to 93, pitched mostly at 89-92 mph with an average spin rate 2100-2200 rpm. Best pitch is an above average tight slider at 80-83 mph and a 2100 rpm spin rate. Can start and finish a batter with the pitch. Sells his 82-83 mph changeup, showing good arm speed, but dropping his hand at times. Tough competitor. Likely early Day Two pick this June. (Seifert)
