Kingery is 5-11 with an athletic frame that has plenty of projection left to it. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot, long free arm action and some effort to his delivery. Shoulders are level and closed, lands closed with an athletic finish. Fastball was 76-80, touching 81, with armside run to it that gets heavy at times. Curveball had some armspeed and was 65-67 with gradual 10/4 break to it.
Preseason All-State III
Kingery is 5-11 with an athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open upright stance, strides on line, loads back. Hips rotate and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, uphill line swing path, exit velocity was 73. In the infield, rounds the ball and fields with average hands, clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 72. Ran a 7.47 60 yard dash. On the mound, he throws from a lower three-quarters arm slot, long free arm action and normal effort to his drop and drive delivery. Shoulders are level and closed, lands square with an athletic finish. Fastball was 74-75, with some late run. Curveball had some armspeed and was 60-61 with gradual 11/5 break. Change-up had good armspeed and was 67-74 with some run.
