Coley has a long lanky 6-foot-3 frame and plenty of room to fill out. There is some late intent to the delivery. Full loose arm action, works from low three-quarter to three-quarter arm slot, and gets distinct arm side run to the fastball. The fastball sat 80-83 mph and touched 86 mph twice. Control over command and worked to the glove side half. The breaking ball, 69-72 mph, backed up on him early on, but it started to tighten up later into the start. Showed feel for a 74-76 mph changeup.

Coley is 6-3 with a lankier athletic frame that has some strength present and plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open balanced athletic stance, leg kick stride on line, smooth load back. Hips rotate completely with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, quick to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing, showed a good approach using the whole field, strength at contact with some extension through the ball, gap power present to all fields with potential for more, exit velocity was 88. In the infield, rounds the ball and fields with a wider base and above average hands, works through ball to a quick clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 82. Ran a 7.35 60 yard dash. On the mound, he throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, shorter free quick arm action and higher effort to his delivery. Drop and drive delivery, shoulders are level and closed, lands open with a fall off finish and hard recoil. Fastball was 81-83, touching 84, with some late run to armside and a bit of sink as well. Curveball had some armspeed and was 68-71 with gradual 11/5 break to it. Changeup was 75-76 with good armspeed and some late sink to it.
TPG East

Ran a 7.28 60 yard dash.

Coley is 6-2 with an athletic frame that still has projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an athletic, slightly open stance, strides on line, loads back. Hips rotate and he maintains some lower half balance. Keeps hands inside, level line drive swing, showed a slight pull preference with some extra base pop. In the infield, gets body behind ball and fields with average hands and a wider base. Clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action, infield velocity was 80. On the mound, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a shorter free, quick arm action and some effort to his delivery. Shoulders are level and closed, lands open with an athletic finish. Fastball 77-79 with some late run armside. Curveball was 66-68 with good armspeed and 10/4 break.

Long athletic frame with plenty of room to add strength. Displayed above average arm strength from short. Fluid movements at short with lateral range. Made a nice relay from shallow left throwing out a runner at home. At the plate the swing seems to be a work in progress. Hits from the right side with a slight crouch in his stance and starts open. A small pick up and put down and stays slightly open at stride. Lower half tends to bail out pre contact and becomes more of a handsy type swing and has a lack of balance at times.
