Whitt has a lanky frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a free arm action and easier effort. Frame has plenty of projection and upside left. Fastball had downward plane and late run to it and was 78-80, touching 81. Curveball had sharp 1/7 break and good armspeed, running 66-72. Showed a change-up with some armspeed and fading action.
1.18.16: Whitt has a lanky 6-2 frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot. He has a clean arm action and his fastball sat 73 with some deception and movement.
