Top Prospect Games II
Hill is 6-0 with a lankier athletic frame that has plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, smooth load down and back. Hips rotate completely and he maintains good lower half balance. Keeps hands inside, short and quick to the ball. Level line drive swing, showed a good approach working gap to gap with some carry in the alleys. In the infield, gets body behind ball and fields with a wider base and above average hands. Works through ball to a clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action, infield velocity was 65. Ran a 7.49 60 yard dash.
Mid-Atlantic Summer Championships
Projectable fram ewith some length. Athletic slightly open set up at the plate. Shows bats speed with a level path and some uphill finish. Like foundation at the plate and should continue to develop as he gets stronger. Moves well behind the dish. Soft hands with quick and clean catch and throw ability from behind. Interesting one to check out in the 2022 class.
