Guerra has an athletic frame that has projection left to it. He is athletic on the infield with some actions, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a quick arm that is free. At the plate, hits from the right side from an upright balanced stance. Strides forward, smooth short load back. Short to the ball, uphill swing path with some batspeed and strength at contact. Shows a pull preference to his swing but has the ability and hand-eye coordination to adjust mid-swing to barrel the ball and use the whole field. In third at-bat was out in front with hips but kept hands back to put a two strike pitch in play to the right side. On the mound, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action that is free and quick, some effort to his delivery. Has some fall off and recoil in his finish, lands a bit open. Fastball was 76-78 with run to it. Very slow with the leg lift in the stretch, but gives up a lot of velocity to slide step, sitting at 72 with sliding. Pounded the strike zone and when he missed misses were around the zone. Curveball had 10/4 break and was 65-68, with some armspeed and shape to it. Interesting two-way prospect to follow with plenty of upside.
