Campbell is 5-10 with an athletic frame that has some strength in the lower half and plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a balanced athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, smooth load down and back. Hips rotate completely and he maintains good lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short to the ball, level line drive swing path, some strength at contact, showed a pull approach with the ability to use the whole field, some extra base power present to his pull side, exit velocity was 84. In the outfield, gets body behind the ball and fields through it with above average hands, clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, short arm action, position velocity was 68. On the mound, he throws from a lower three-quarters arm slot, long free arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Shoulders are slightly downhill and closed, lands on line with a fall off finish and some recoil. Fastball was 68-71, touching 72, with heavy armside run and some depth to it. Curveball was 63-66 with good armspeed and sharp downer 11/5 break to it. Change-up was 65-66 with good armspeed and armside run.
