3.26.17: Germanowski has a lanky frame and throws with a smooth drop and drive delivery from a lower three-quarters arm slot. Short, free arm action and easier effort. Shoulders are closed and level, stride lands slightly closed with an athletic finish. Fastball had heavy armside run and good plane. Showed the ability to command it to both sides of the plate at the bottom of the zone. Worked at 84-87 early, touching 88, settled into 84-86 touching 87 later in the game. Good armspeed on his change-up at 75. Good sharp slider with late 10/4 bit at 69-70. Fields position well. Also hits from the left side, short swing with some power to all fields. Showed good approach and knowledge of game situation, driving a pair of sacrifice flies to deep left early in the count.
