2.22.15 Hit from a crouched stance.  Hands dropped during load with a slight arm bar.  Lower half was utilized to get the barrel to the ball.  Maintained balance through all parts of the swing.  Showed above average bat speed.  Exit Velocity was 85 mph.  Swing path was short, but worked uphill at times.  Swing should be a line drive hitter.  In the field, he threw from a loose ¾ arm slot.  He showed accuracy with his arm and had a Positional Velocity of 81 mph.  He had average hands that made clean exchanges. 2.22.15 Jumper stands 5-foot-11 and has an athletic frame. He has a smooth drop and drive delivery and throws from a low three-quarters arm slot. His arm action is long with a bit of a wrap, and his quick armstroke generates easy velocity. His shoulders are uphill and closed and he stays on direction before landing a bit closed and falling off while recoiling as he finishes. Jumper’s fastball had slight sink and run to it, sitting 81-82 and topping out at 83. He threw a gradual, late-breaking 11/5 curveball with decent armspeed that sat 68-70. He also threw a fading change-up with decent armspeed that ran 77-78. He worked down with all of his pitches, pounding the bottom of the zone with his fastball.
