A lean, upside athlete of note on this list: INF/RHP Ian Draper (Rogers, 2025). Built at thin-waisted 6-foot-1, 175-pounds, Draper ran a 7.22 60-yard dash with easy footspeed and an athletic, projectable gait throughout. He swings a clean right-handed bat that stays in the zone with noticeable hand speed that’ll likely improve as he tacks on strength over the years. It’s a simple and repeatable offensive operation that flashed upside in the power department as well, reaching a peak batted distance of 344 feet and a max exit velocity of 91.1 mph, too. Defensively he has the look of a long-term INF prospect with sound footwork and a consistent glove hand. And there is aptitude on the mound with his ability to run his FB up to 81 presently while controlling his secondary offerings. He’s certainly a prospect to monitor in the class moving forward.
