RHP Ethan Forrett (Craig, 2027): Standing at a highly projectable 6-foot-3, 211 pounds, the right-hander boasts an imposing presence on the mound. Forrett features a simple delivery with a medium leg lift and rhythmic move down the mound. The physical right-hander displays explosive arm speed the ball, releasing from a three-quarter and repeatable slot. His fastball sat 88-89 mph (2,344 rpm) with hard boring and running action to arm side with 15.3 inches of horizontal movement. He showcased impressive ability to spin a slider that played at 77-78 mph (2,445 rpm). He rounds out his arsenal with a firm splitter that sits 82-85 mph, showing late fading action that tunnels well off his heater and should play well to both handed hitters. Forrett features power stuff, repeats often and will be able to be highly effective against both handed hitters.
