8/31/26

+ FR. LHP Reed Vorlob (Horicon) is the other half of the pair of lefties, giving a strong performance on the mound. Vorlob works offset on the mound with fluid and repeatable actions, landing crossfire. The arm path is long and loose, working a lower ¾ slot, able to stay hidden, creating deception for both sides of the plate. The fastball was 83-85 mph; T86, working with heavy arm-side sink. The slider was 71-72 mph, a true sweeper profile with depth at times, showing feel for spin 2600 RPMs. Then the changeup was 70-71 mph, with downer action. The lefty showed a clear ability to command the three-pitch mix, making him a name to know as the velo only continues to tick up.

5/14/26

MATC commit. Vorlob turned in a dominant performance on the mound by striking out 12 batters against Oshkosh.

4/09/26

Vorlob made one appearance on the mound against North Fond du Lac/Oakfield, pitching four innings. He didn't allow any runs while allowing only one hit and four walks. He was dominant in the outing, striking out 10 batters.
