He shows a quick first step, and his hands funnel up through his body. A 83 mph arm across the diamond was recorded, up from 79 mph. On the mound, the righty sat 74-75 mph from a 3/4 arm slot. FB showed glimpses of arm side run, and he was able to command the zone with regularity. He also displayed a CB at 64-65 mph with 11/5 shape along with a CH at 65-66. Overall, as Hall continues to develop, he will be a player to keep an eye on in the 2023 class.

Displayed a direct swing path with a line drive approach and a feel for the barrel. Registered a bat exit velocity of 78 mph and ran a 7.03 60-yard dash. Plays low to the ground defensively while routinely getting through the baseball with accurate 79 mph arm strength across the diamond. The righty sat 73-74 off the mound from a 3/4 arm slot beginning with a side rocker step. Also showcased a curveball with 10/4 rotation at 62-64 and a changeup at 67-68 at near fastball arm speed.
