The 5-foot-11, 150-pound athlete had an overall impressive showing on this day. Foot speed was evident with a timed 7.03 - 60yd dash. Offensively, he starts in a controlled, spread stance with his hands near ear level. Displayed solid hip turn and was able to find the barrel consistently. A 82mph exit velocity was recorded. Defensively, Brogan has good enough enough arm strength that should allow him to stay on the left side of the infield. Advanced footwork and a soft glove hand were also displayed. On the mound, Brogan displayed at FB at 76-77 mph with arm side run. He does throw across his body some, but it creates deception and will create uncomfortable at bats for hitters. He also displayed a CH at 72-73 and a SL at 69-72 mph, with the SL potentially being a good out pitch. Overall, Brogan showed a advanced skill set and if he continues to develop, will be a high follow player in the 2021 class
