6-foot, 170-pound two-way prospect had a breakout performance showcasing athleticism, above average strength in his frame and true two-way abilities. The right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and utilizes a lift-and-replace stride to begin. Displayed balance throughout with a strong lower half with present power to the pull side and the ability to create backspin. Registered a bat exit velocity of 87 mph and ran a 6.87 60-yard dash, both personal bests. Advanced defender plays low to the ground and through the baseball with easy 86 mph arm strength across the diamond. The right hander also sat 80-81 from a high 3/4 arm slot with a quick arm swing and some sink to his fastball. Curveball at 70-71 showed biting 11/5 rotation with occasional two plane action. Changeup at 71-72 was thrown at near fastball arm speed along with a developing Slider at 70-71.

6-foot, 170-pounder lists himself as a primary pitcher, but was most impressive as a position player on this weekend. He showcased the ability to make the routine play consistently and flashed solid range while making plays on the move. The right-handed hitter went 4-for-5 with a double and three runs scored over three games. He also showcased his two-way skills by topping at 80 mph off the bump.

Bibey is a 5-11 160-pound SS/RHP from Philip Barbour HS. Defensively, attacks the ball well creating good angles. Demonstrates smooth, quick transfer and accurate 75 mph across the diamond arm strength. Bibey's range, lateral quickness and 7.22-60 are reflective of his considerable athleticism.
Offensively, he initiates his swing from an upright, athletic position. His hands move freely to go along with a smooth leg kick. Bibey could benefit from exploding his hips more during his swing. 81 mph exit velocity was recorded.
On the mound, Bibey throws out of a 3/4 slot with a high leg kick. He shows good mechanics and doesn't spin off his target. His FB sat at 75-76 mph with some cut, along with a 73 mph CH and 70 mph CB. Overall Bibey is advanced for his age and is definite follow for the Class of 2021 in West Virginia.
