Went 2-for-6 in game action and showcased athletic actions defensively with 80 mph arm strength. Projects as a corner outfielder with his foot speed (7.70 60-yard dash).

8/9/15 Shawver sat 77-79 from a 3/4 arm slot during two innings of work on the mound. The 6-foot, 155-pound two-way prospect also showcased a 65 mph curveball with 1/7 rotation. Shawver ran a 7.59 60-yard dash and displayed an accurate 82 mph arm from the outfield. The left-handed hitter displayed a feel for the barrel out of a square stance with a bat exit velocity of 78 mph. Shawver showed a short swing path with a short stride to consistently barrel the baseball during his round of batting practice.
