*Players listed in order by postion & alphabetically by last name

PITCHERS

Josiah Burge RHP / 2B / Sunrise Mountain HS, AZ / 2027

Josiah works through a fluid, repeatable delivery with a whippy arm from a low 3/4 slot. His fastball sat 84–85 mph and touched 86, showing natural arm-side run. The curveball featured sharp, late movement, while a shorter slider and fading changeup gave him additional looks. There is feel for changing the shape of the baseball within his four-pitch mix.

Dash Galvez RHP / Paradise Honors, AZ / 2027

Dash paired a quick arm with a fluid delivery, working at 87–88 mph with his fastball. The pitch averaged 2,294 rpm, coming from a high 3/4 to over-the-top slot. His 77–81 mph slider showed late bite and gave him a distinct change of direction off the fastball. An 81–83 mph changeup rounded out the arsenal.

Hunter Hollenbeck RHP / Canyon Del Oro, AZ / 2027

Hunter gets downhill through a repeatable delivery, with a whippy arm that comes through late from an over-the-top slot. His fastball worked at 84–86 mph, averaging 17.4 inches of induced vertical break. The 77–78 mph slider showed tight, late break, while a 72–73 mph curveball offered a slower breaking-ball look. The slider was a clear piece to build around within the mix.

Logan King RHP / OF / Gilbert Christian, AZ / 2027

Logan drives off his back leg and gets downhill with a naturally quick, over-the-top arm. His fastball worked at 85–87 mph and averaged 2,415 rpm, paired with a 71–73 mph curveball he landed consistently during the bullpen. A 79–81 mph changeup completed the three-pitch mix. He also showed two-way strength with a 100 mph max exit velocity and 86 mph throws from the outfield.

CATCHERS

Andres Chavez C / 3B / Show Low High School, AZ / 2027

Andres showed offensive impact with a short load and a slightly uphill barrel path, reaching a 98 mph max exit velocity and driving a ball 360 feet. His quick feet and transfer stood out during the catching workout. Throws reached 79 mph with pop times of 2.07–2.18, though a longer reach-back leaves room to tighten the throwing action.

Trevor Collins C / OF / Cactus Shadows, AZ / 2027

Trevor’s catch-and-throw work gave him a clear way to stand out, recording 1.99–2.12 pop times with throws up to 77 mph. He gets the ball out efficiently and kept his throws on target. At the plate, he worked with a flat barrel path and intent through contact, reaching a 91 mph max exit velocity.

CATCHERS | View 4 more players

Troy Huebner C / 1B / Arizona College Prep, AZ / 2027

Troy made consistent hard contact through the middle with a level to slightly uphill swing, reaching a 97 mph max exit velocity. He uses a quick leg kick to get into his move and showed enough strength to make the bat worth a closer look. Behind the plate, a short arm action and efficient movements helped him deliver accurate throws, with pop times of 2.13–2.18.

Alec Jimenez C / 1B / Walden Grove, AZ / 2027

Alec put together a strong catch-and-throw showing, recording 1.93–1.99 pop times with 81 mph arm strength. His release is clean and quick, with little wasted movement getting the ball on target. At the plate, quick hands and a level path produced a 95 mph max exit velocity and a top distance of 367 feet. A 7.06 60 rounded out a well-balanced workout.

Jovanny Sanchez C / OF / Maricopa, AZ / 2027

Jovanny showed strength at contact, averaging 88.1 mph in exit velocity with a peak of 95 and a top distance of 337 feet. His uphill path creates lift, though simplifying the timing move could help the swing repeat more consistently. Behind the plate, he showed athletic actions and a quick receive-to-release sequence, recording 2.02–2.12 pop times.

Christian Waldera C / SS / Desert Edge High School, AZ / 2027

Christian’s defensive work led his showing, particularly his advanced blocking actions across multiple pitches. He gets the ball out quickly behind the plate, recording 2.02–2.10 pop times with 75 mph throws. A 7.04 60 added another athletic marker to the profile. His swing stays direct from a wide setup and short load, giving him a simple offensive foundation.

INFIELDERS

Jaxen Anderson 1B / OF / Basha, AZ / 2027

Jaxen kept the barrel through the zone and showed the ability to make hard contact to all fields. His flat path produced a 100 mph max exit velocity and a top distance of 357 feet. He also moved cleanly during the outfield workout, using quick footwork to get into throwing position. The bat is the starting point, with strength at contact giving him a clear offensive draw.

Trenton Brandau 2B / SS / Higley, AZ / 2027

Trenton’s speed immediately separates him, with his 6.55 60 leading the event. He moves well on the infield and threw 80 mph across the diamond from a 3/4 slot. His slightly uphill swing path may get long at times, but the ability to keep preassure on the defense and force them to make a play due to his speed has become part of his game. Added strength should help him bring more impact to that profile.

Niko Clavell SS / 3B / Valley Christian, AZ / 2027

Niko put together one of the more complete workouts, pairing a 6.90 60 with 84 mph arm strength across the diamond. The ball jumped off his bat, reaching 104 mph in exit velocity and 390 feet while averaging 92.6 mph. A slightly uphill path gets him into a natural position to lift the baseball. Defensively, he stays low and uses short adjustment steps to work into fielding position.

Mason Dean SS / 3B / Desert Vista High School, AZ / 2027

Mason’s left-handed bat produced a 93 mph max exit velocity and a top distance of 353 feet. He ran a 7.08 60 and recorded 80 mph across the diamond, adding useful athletic and arm-strength markers to his infield profile. His 75 mph average exit velocity left a gap between his best contact and overall output, making consistent impact an area to follow.

Kooper Klein 2B / OF / Mountain View, AZ / 2027

Kooper brings speed and defensive versatility, running a 6.58 60 while working out in both the infield and outfield. He moves athletically with good glove actions and a clean release. At the plate, he keeps his hands inside the baseball and creates natural lift, reaching a 95 mph max exit velocity and 351 feet. The speed gives him a carrying tool, with enough offensive impact to complement it.

Diesel Lund SS / 2B / American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North, AZ / 2027

Diesel showed solid bat-to-ball feel and sneaky pop from a simple move into contact. He keeps his hands back through a short stride, reaching a 94 mph max exit velocity and driving a ball 355 feet. A 6.90 60 supported the twitchy actions he showed on the infield. His ability to get into a good throwing position helps him make the most of his current arm strength.

Zharius McAllister 1B / 2B / Campo Verde, AZ / 2027

Zharius delivered one of the strongest BP rounds of the event, matching the top max exit velocity at 105 mph and leading the group with a 96.8 mph average. He uses a small toe tap, sits well into his lower half and gets extended through contact. Consistent barrels through the middle and to the pull side backed up the numbers, with a top distance of 380 feet. The offensive strength is the clear draw here.

Zachary Pedersen SS / 2B / Basha, AZ / 2027

Zachary paired a 6.86 60 with a productive BP round, averaging 88.1 mph in exit velocity and reaching 95. His slightly uphill path produced a top distance of 353 feet. On the infield, athletic footwork and short adjustment steps helped him get into position. He has shortened his arm path since our previous look, with the current defensive profile fitting more naturally at second base.

Maximus Pena SS / 2B / Saguaro High School, AZ / 2027

Maximus showed a strong blend of speed, offensive feel and middle-infield instincts. His relaxed approach, quick hands and swing adjustability allowed him to work to all fields, reaching a 99 mph max exit velocity and 367 feet. He ran a 6.73 60 and threw 86 mph across the diamond. Defensively, he gets himself into good positions and uses multiple arm slots comfortably.

Richard Reyes SS / OF / Santa Cruz Valley Union High School, AZ / 2027

Richard’s arm strength showed at both defensive spots, reaching 85 mph from the infield and outfield. He can change slots on the dirt, giving him options when the play takes him away from a standard throwing position. At the plate, limited head movement and a slightly uphill path helped him produce an 87.6 mph average exit velocity with a peak of 94. The arm and ability to handle multiple positions give him useful versatility.

Nathan Ruiz 3B / Santa Cruz Valley, AZ / 2027

Nathan recorded 83 mph across the diamond, giving his third-base profile an arm-strength marker worth following. His BP round produced a 95 mph max exit velocity and an 87.1 mph average, with a top distance of 299 feet. He also ran a 7.20 60, rounding out a workout with contributions from both the bat and arm.

Dean Smith 3B / 2B / Desert Mountain, AZ / 2027

Dean showed the strength to impact the baseball, reaching 105 mph in exit velocity with a 92.7 mph average and a top distance of 385 feet. He gets into a strong contact position and adjusts between a level and uphill path based on pitch location. The loudest contact came through the middle of the field. Defensively, he showed the ability to change arm slots and adjust to difficult hops.

Travis Varela SS / C / Maricopa, CO / 2027

Travis stood out with a live arm, reaching 88 mph across the diamond with a quick release. His athletic middle-infield actions give the arm strength a useful defensive fit. At the plate, he stayed on plane and worked to all fields from a wide setup with toe-tap timing. The defense leads the profile, with a straightforward offensive approach supporting it.

Jacoby Weiss 1B / LHP / Great Hearts Academies - Lincoln Prep, AZ / 2027

Jacoby brings athleticism to first base, running a 6.81 60 and showing a good feel for hops during the defensive workout. His left-handed swing produced hard pull-side contact, averaging 90 mph in exit velocity with a peak of 96 and a top distance of 353 feet. He also offered a different look on the mound, hiding the ball from a whippy 3/4 slot. A running fastball up to 80 mph and a sweeping 69–71 mph slider give him a secondary pitching angle.

OUTFIELDERS

Boston Bair OF / Red Mountain, AZ / 2027

Boston checked several boxes, running a 6.79 60, throwing 87 mph from the outfield and reaching a 104 mph max exit velocity. His relaxed load and slightly uphill path produced consistent barrels to both gaps, with a 93.2 mph average exit velocity. He moves with pace defensively and gets downhill into a quick release. The combination of left-handed impact, speed and arm strength made this a complete showing.

Braylon Bobinski OF / 3B / Basha, AZ / 2027

Braylon recorded 80 mph from the outfield and ran a 7.36 60. At the plate, he reached a 90 mph max exit velocity and drove a ball 326 feet, with an 80.3 mph average exit velocity. His BP results included a 50% line-drive rate, giving the round a line-drive emphasis.

His best swings produced hard contact to all fields, with a peak exit velocity of 94 mph. He can get sped up at times, but the contact quality was present throughout the round. In the outfield, good throwing footwork and a clean release supported 81 mph arm strength.

Nitesh Patel OF / SS / Bradshaw Mountain, AZ / 2027

Nitesh’s speed and defensive movement were the strongest parts of his workout. He ran a 6.77 60, moved well laterally and reached 84 mph from both the infield and outfield. The arm works easily, supporting his ability to handle multiple defensive spots. At the plate, he stayed balanced through contact, with added offensive impact the next area to develop.

Jaden Robinson OF / 1B / Casteel, AZ / 2027

Jaden showed left-handed impact, reaching a 103 mph max exit velocity and 389 feet while averaging 92.9 mph. His quick hands and level to slightly uphill path produced loud contact through the middle and to the pull side. In the outfield, he flashed good glove work and footwork on difficult hops. More lower-half involvement in his throws could help him build on his current 80 mph arm strength.

Tristan Talbert OF / 1B / Red Mountain High School, AZ / 2027

Tristan’s arm stood out at 89 mph from the outfield, backed by a short action and quick release. He read hops well and put himself in position to field and throw efficiently. At the plate, a controlled load and slightly uphill path produced consistent hard contact through the middle and to the pull side. He reached a 100 mph max exit velocity and a top distance of 372 feet, giving him impact on both sides of the workout.
