The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Castle View 5 Regis Jesuit 3
Creighton commit Ryan Windham, of Castle View pitched 6 strong innings against Regis allowing just three runs, striking out four as The Sabercats defended their home turf against Regis. They were led by Davis Moorhead who went 1-2 at the plate with 2 RBI, and also made a great diving catch in the 7th inning to stop a Regis rally. 

Valor Christian 18 Evergreen 6
The Eagles with the league win and saw a monster day from Luke Ziegler who went 3-5 with 1 run and 5 RBI.  Calvin Schonebaum added a 2-5 day with 2 runs and 3 BI.

Loveland 6 Poudre 4
Loveland gets a league win and saw Jackson Bakovic lead the way both at the plate and on the mound.  At the plate he went 1-3 with 1 RBI and he threw 6 innings giving up 2 ER and struck out 7.

Chaparral 2 ThunderRidge 0
Preston Tenney was all the Wolverines needed on Monday, he threw all 7 innings allowing 4 hits and striking out 3.

Heritage 12 Highlands Ranch 6
The score does not do this one justice.  It took 8 innings to decide this one as we were ties 2-2 after 7.  Josh Thompson with another lights out performance for the Falcons going 6.1 innings giving up 1 ER and striking out 13.  Heritage used 4 pitchers to keep Highlands Ranch under control and relied on Gunnar Kozlowitz, Alex Champagne and Derek Davis to each collect 2 RBI when this one was over.  Sean Arnold added a 4-5 day for the Falcons.

Mountain Range 5 Greeley West 3
Jacob Simmons led the way for Mountain Range in this league match-up, he went 1-3 with 1 run and 2 RBI.

Littleton 5 Wheat Ridge 4
The Lions get the league win and were led by Grant Foster who went 2-3 with 2 runs and 2 RBI.

Lincoln 7 Denver South 0
The Lancers with the league victory and were led by Rudy Vital at the plate going 3-3 with 1 run and 2 RBI and Angel Carlos on the mound going 6 innings giving up 1 hit and collecting 4 K’s.

Mountain Vista 9 Legend 0
Two of the leagues best went at it on Monday.  It really turned into the Sam Ireland show who threw another not-hitter against the Titans.  7 innings, 0 hits, 0 runs, and 8 strikeouts.  He also helped his own cause at the plate collecting 6 RBI and hit another homerun.

Rock Canyon 4 Douglas County 3
The Jags get the league win and were led by Nick Merone who was 3-4 with 1 double and 1 homerun and added an RBI.  Noah Greenwald led the way for the Huskies going 1-3 with 2 RBI.
