Daily Roundup 4/29:

Green Mountain 4 Evergreen 0
This game was all about one player, Josh Ramirez.  The Senior right-hander threw a no-hitter going 7 innings with 0 hits, 0 runs and struck out 8.  He also provided the offense for the Rams going 2-3 with 2 doubles.  

D’Evelyn 10 Valor Christian 8
This 4A Jeffco matchup saw plenty of hits for both sides, the Jaguars come out on top and were led by Matt Helmreich who was 3-4 with 1 run, 3 RBI, 2 doubles and 1 triple and Grant Witherspoon who went 2-3 with 2 RBI and 1 triple.  Joel Pierce led the way for Valor going 3-4 with 2 runs, 2 RBI and 2 doubles. 

Cherokee Trial 12 Mullen 10
The Cougars get to 12 wins on the season with this 17 hit performance and were led offensively by Nick Perez who went 4-4 with 4 runs, 2 RBI and 3 doubles and Ryan Sullivan who added a 3-4 day with 5 RBI and 1 double.  Dominic Duran led the way for the Mustangs going 3-4 with 1 run and 3 RBI.

Regis Jesuit 7 Heritage 1
The Raiders were led on the mound by Brent Schwarz who went 7 innings giving up 4 hits, 1 ER and struck out 12.  At the plate, Matt Schmidt provided the spark going 2-3 with 2 runs, 3 RBI, 1 double and 1 homerun.  Austin Chouinard added a 1-3 day with 2 RBI and 1 double for the Raiders. 

Roosevelt 12 Poudre 0
The Roughriders were led offensively by Chris Gomez who went 2-3 with 1 run and 1 RBI and Jared Chick who was 1-4 with 1 run and 1 RBI. 

Rock Canyon 5 Highlands Ranch 4
The Jaguars got all the offensive help they needed from Quinn O’Neill who was 2-3 with 1 run, 4 RBI and 2 doubles. The Jaguars were down 4-3 in the 7th inning but get a walk off double from O'Neill to win the game.

Douglas County 7 Mountain Vista 3
The Huskies get a key Continental League win and were led offensively by Sean Kelsen who went 2-3 with 1 run and 2 RBI and JP Rubino who was 3-4 with 2 runs, 2 RBI and 1 homerun. 

Ponderosa 12 Castle View 1
The Mustangs improve to 7-2 in league and were led by Nate Whalen who was 3-5 with 3 RBI and 2 doubles and Ryder Ghidotti who went 2-3 with 3 runs, 1 RBI and 1 double.
