The Regular Season is wrapping up, teams are making a push for the playoffs.  Here is a look at action from around the state from yesterday.

Dakota Ridge (13-5) 4 Columbine (10-9) 1
Columbine’s only run came in the top of the 1^st inning, as Dakota Ridge win a big league game.  Dakota Ridge’s pitcher Carter Akerfelds (2017) gave up 4 hits, 1 run, with 4 strikeouts to lead his team to a key victory. 

Mullen (13-4) 5 Grandview (13-4) 1
Mullen won the 1^st game in the series, as both teams are fighting for a league championships.  Mullen pulled away in the 6^th inning by putting up 4 runs.  Rocco Porreco for Mullen battled for 6 innings, allowing 6 hits, 1 run, and striking out 10 Wolves.

Highlands Ranch 5 Chaparral 4
The Falcons get a big league win and were led by Aaron Dammel at the plate who collected 3 hits and 1 RBI and Jordan Medina on the mound who went 5 innings and had 2 K's. 

Mountain View (16-2) 4 Silver Creek (14-4) 2
Mountain View scored 2 in the first and 2 in the 3^rd to win this big game with Silver Creek.

Palmer Ridge (13-5) 3 Cheyenne Mountain (7-10) 0
Sam Britton (2017) of Palmer Ridge threw a great game.  He gave up 5 hits, no runs, and had 6 strikeouts to lead Palmer Ridge to the win.

Legacy (13-3) 5 Rocky Mountain (12-5) 2
Legacy put up 12 hits and held Rocky Mountain to just one hit, in this big league game.  Legacy pitcher, J. Chamberlain (2017) allowed just 2 runs on one hit while striking out 5 in 6 innings of work.
