The Colorado Fall Prospect Games will be held October 1st and 2nd at Highlands Ranch High School.  Participants from the classes of 2020-2017 will participate in a pro-style workout and games for the PBR Colorado Staff.  Over the next few weeks we will introduce you to several of the participants, continuing our look is RHP/MIF, Kian Manmano, Legend High School (2019).

PBR:  Describe yourself as a baseball player to those who have never seen you play:
Manmano:  I am a pitcher who doesn’t look like he would throw hard but throws with a lot of intent so it seems a lot faster than it is. I am quick on the base paths and can hit to all fields with power to the left side.

PBR:  What would be your dream school to play baseball at?
Manmano: My dream school would to play at The University of Washington. I played up there once and I loved it.

PBR:  What are your best assets on and off the field at this point in your high school career?
Manmano:  My best assets off the field are my grades and on the field I would say my running would be the most valuable thing about me.

PBR:  What is the best baseball advice you have received and try to follow to this point in your career?
Manmano:  Even though all of my teammates are committing and getting offers from big Division 1 schools, keep working hard and do what you do.

PBR: What does your off-season routine look like to prepare for the upcoming season?
Manmano:  I workout everyday of the week and I throw about 2 bullpens a week. Also I go and hit with my friends at the high school a lot.

PBR:  What are your superstitions or routines that go on during a season?
Manmano:  As soon as my team wins, I don’t shave or cut my hair because it will cut off the good luck. Also we always dress nice on game day.

PBR:  What are your goals for:

This Season: To play varsity baseball and Legend High School

Two Years: To be committed to a Division 1 baseball school

Four Years: Start at a Division 1 baseball school
