Top Prospect Games Q&A with: Luke Ziegler

The Colorado Top Prospect games are just one month away and we would like to begin to spotlight some of the participants at this years event.  Over the course of the next four weeks Prep Baseball Report Colorado will run Q&A's with many of the participants giving you a chance to get to know them better.  Continuing our look is Luke Ziegler 2018, 6-foot-1, 185-pound, 3B/RHP from Valor Christian High School.

PBR:  Describe yourself as a baseball player to those who have never seen you play:  

Ziegler:  I am a consistent all around player. I can play almost any position on the diamond and have a very even keeled attitude.

PBR:  What would be your dream school to play baseball at?  If you have already committed to play at the next level, why did you choose that particular school?

Ziegler:  My dream school would be Pepperdine University.

PBR:  What are your best assets on and off the field at this point in your high school career?

Ziegler:  On the field I have a very strong arm and have a great attitude. I am coachable and humble off of the field.   

PBR:  What is the best baseball advice you have received and try to follow to this point in your career?

Ziegler:  The best advice I have received at this point in my career is to not have to many lows and to not have to many ups in your performance and attitude.

PBR:  What are your superstitions or routines that go on during a season?  

Ziegler:  I do not have any superstitions.

PBR:  What are your goals for: 

This Season: Become a leader on my Varsity team.

Two Years: Become physically stronger and raise my stats.   

Four Years: Play division 1 baseball and maybe even be drafted out of high school.
