2015 Player Spotlight: Griffin Conine – Pine Crest HS. Conine is a 6-foot-1, 185 pound outfielder with an athletic build and good strength. A left handed hitter, Conine hit .468 with 8 HR and 33 RBI this past spring. Conine exhibits an explosive lower body and good bat speed. With good arm strength and present power, Conine will likely increase both with his projectable frame. Griffin is the son of two time world series champion Jeff Conine. Griffin Conine has committed to Duke University.
