OUTLOOK
The Ravens come into the 2018 season with high expectations after a Regional Final run in 2017.  They will have to replace some big losses, especially Jordan Butler, who was the team's leading hitter and pitcher in 2017.  Looking to step up on the mound are a pair of seniors who return from 2017. Franco Aleman has proved himself to be one of the top arms in the state after a strong summer and fall. Aleman was 5-2 in 2017 and a jump in his stuff has him primed to be a front end starter. Also returning is Jorge Oleaga, who went 3-1 for the Falcons in 2017. Alonso will also look to a few young arms to play bigger roles in 2018. Offensively, the Falcons will look to replace the production of  two of their top three hitters. They will will rely on senior Nick Gonzalez, who hit .356 with four doubles and a home run in 2017. A perennial power in Tampa, Alonso comes in at No 24 in the Preseason Power25.
