Luis Ruiz 3B / SS / Brito Miami, FL / 2019

*Committed to Savannah State 11/27/18*
05/20/18-
Uncommitted, stands at 5-foot-11, 160 pounds. Defensively, he continued to show rhythm and above average hands defensively. He has some present athleticism, may end up playing better at second, but should be an average to above average defender at the next level. Offensively, he continues to improve and add strength. While he wil need to get stronger, he has present bat to ball skills and shows ability to stay on the barrel, which translated to a single in the game. There are present tools and with added strength, should continue to improve.

Rhett Crosby C / Wellington, FL / 2019

08/20/17- Crosby is a very athletic catcher with a lot of quick twitch actions. He ran a 6.7 60 yard dash. Defensively, there is some stiffness, but also strength and the hands work. He has quick feet and transfer with his best pop time being 1.97. Offensively, he tends to fight against his front side, but swings with intent and present bat speed. The tools and athleticism are intriguing and will be interesting to follow.

Konrad Ehmke SS / 3B / Pine Crest School, FL / 2019

01/27/18- Uncommitted. Currently stands 6-foot, 165 pounds with a lean, projectable athletic build. Defensively, he displays good range to both sides up the middle. He showed an accurate arm on his throws across the diamond that topped out at 78 mph. Offensively, he showed the ability to hit gap-to-gap with smooth, easy working hands and a strong lower half. Registered an 89 mph exit velocity in the cage. Clocked in at 60-yard dash time of 6.80 seconds which was the second fastest at the event.

John Urena OF / LHP / Mater Lakes Academy, FL / 2019

07/28/18- Uncommitted, 5-foot-8, 170 pound outfielder has a stocky frame with strength in the lower half. Extremely twitchy athlete who is a plus runner with a home to first of 4.3 from the right side. From the outfield, he a shows a quick, strong arm, topping out at 87 mph. The right handed hitter stands talla ndis very simple, The stride can be a bit short, but really works with and trusts his hands. The hands are quick and create above average bat speed and is compact through the zone. Translated to a lineout during the game and overall is athletic with hit tool.
