Weekly Rundown: Rode Show Part 2 Wrapup And More Notes From Around The State

Last week National Supervisor Nathan Rode was back in Florida for Part 2 of the Rode Show highlighted by the IMG National Classic. Here is a rundown of all the Rode Show content as well as other notes from around the state.

Englewood High School

Uncommitted senior Trey Namyslowski has 4 doubles on the year and leads the team with 9 outfield assists. Last year he hit .411 with 9 doubles for the regional qualifying Rams.

Archbishop McCarthy

Improved to 18-3 on the season with three more wins last week highlighted by a 9-4 victory over rival Monsignor Pace.

St. Thomas Aquinas

Jordan Spicer went 6 innings allowing a hit a walk and striking out 5 in a win over Orangewood Christian brining his record to 6-1 on the year with a .93 ERA. Nick Marchese lead the offense going 2-2 with a 2B and a HR.

Indian Rocks Christian

Indian Rocks Christian is 17-4 on the year including 11-1 in district play. Daniel Llerena is leading the offense hitting .554 on the year. Oakley Albinson is 7-1 on the year with a 1.20 ERA.

Rockledge High School

Defeated Merritt Island 8-0 last week. Drew Parrish did it all for Rockledge going 7 innings on the mound allowing only two hits while striking out 12. Parrish also went 3-4 at the plate with a double.

Palm Harbor University

Won the Dunedin Spring Classic last week with a 6-2 victory over Dunedin High School. Adam Jurco went 2-3 with a 3B and an RBI in the win.
