Conner McLaughlin, RHP, Manchester HS, 2012- McLaughlin (Right) is a 5-foot-11 inch, 170 pound right handed pitcher that throws from a high ¾ arm slot. At the Muncie showcase, McLaughlin was coming off a non- throwing arm injury, but was still able to top out at 85 mph.  PBR can confirm he has been as high as 87 mph.  He shows a good change up, and at times shows a plus breaking ball.  Once he is completely healthy look for his velocity and off-speed pitches to improve

Josh Fisher, LHP, Northrop HS, 2012- Fisher is a 5-foot-10 inch lefty with a quick arm and high pitch ability. He shows an 11-5 plus breaking ball and a good change up that he can consistently throw for strikes. Fisher works from a high ¾ arm slot with a vertical delivery. William Coursen-Carr, LHP, Southside HS, 2012- Coursen-Carr is a big 6-foot-3 inch, 210 pound left handed pitcher.   He demonstrates an athletic delivery and works at a very quick pace, with an electric arm. He works from a high ¾ arm slot, topping out at 88 mph, sitting easily at 85-87 mph.   At the Muncie showcase he flashed a cutter at 80 mph that is a potential out pitch at the next level. He shows a plus curveball and good changeup. Coursen-Carr also possesses a strong work ethic in the class room, and is a high grades prospect.

Seth Huxford, RHP, Concord HS, 2012- This was Huxford?s third PBR event of the year.  The 6-foot-3 inch righty sat at 83-86 at the Muncie event, but was as high as 88 mph at the Goshen event a few weeks prior. He continues to show a long athletic arm that works at a quick pace.  At times he flashes a good breaking ball and is a must follow this spring. Huxford also shows great work ethic in the classroom, and is a high grades prospect.

Mark Downs, LHP, Ryle HS (KY), 2012- Downs is a 6-foot-2 inch, 160 pound left handed pitcher. He works from a true ¾ arm slot that seems effortless. He shows the ability to throw three pitches for a strike, and demonstrates high pitch ability. Mechanically, Downs is very smooth and has a clean arm action. He sat at 79-82 mph at the Muncie event.

Alex Benson, C, Lawrence North HS, 2012- Benson (Right) is a 5-foot-11 inch, 160 pound catcher that shows athleticism behind the plate.  He receives and blocks very well, showing quick feet and a quick release.  From the crouching position he is 73-74 mph. At the plate, Benson is a high average hitter with the ability to hit to all fields.  He demonstrates a good swing plane, and is a line drive hitter.  Benson is a high grades prospect, and is someone to follow this upcoming season.

Zeth Tanner, C/P, Yorktown HS, 2013- Tanner is a 6-foot-1 inch, 190 pound catcher/pitcher. Offensively, Tanner shows a short, compact swing with some projectable power. He uses all fields and looks advanced mechanically.  Behind the plate he is an excellent blocker/receiver, and shows some arm strength (76-78 from the crouch). On the mound, he tops out at 85 and shows a good breaking ball. Tanner is a high follow.

Jordan Striegel, SS/P, New Albany HS, 2012- Striegel is a 6-foot, 170 pound MIF/P and is currently ranked 9th in the state of Indiana in the class of 2012. He is one of the better two-way prospects in the state. On the mound, he is an effortless 86, and throws three pitches for a strike with a good breaking ball. Stiegel?s arm action is clean, and his delivery shows some athleticism.

Taylor Lehnert, RHP, Lake Central HS, 2012- Lehnert (Left) is a 6-foot-4 inch, 210 pound righty.  He sits at 83-85 mph, topping out at 86. He has a long, quick arm that works downhill. Lehnert works from a ¾ arm slot.   He shows a lot of projectablity, and is a high follow this upcoming season.

From the crouch he is 70-71 mph, and demonstrates a quick release with carry on his throws.   With improved actions and small adjustments behind the plate, look for his pop time to improve. At the plate, Temple demonstrates a short, compact swing that produces a quick bat with power.

Clark Pence, RHP/1B, Greenfield Central HS, 2012- Pence is a 6-foot-1 inch, 205 pound first baseman/pitcher. He is known for being one of the premier power hitters in the state, as he demonstrates power to all fields. On the mound, Pence?s physical make up is very projectable. At the Muncie showcase he sat between 79-85 mph and threw a plus change up. Pence is known more for his ability and power at the plate, but does show tons of promise on the mound.

Michael McCormick, RHP, Speedway HS, 2012- This was McCormick?s second PBR event of the year.  The 6-foot-2 inch righty showed a more refined breaking ball at the Muncie event than he did from his previous outing. He was coming off an injury causing his velocity to be down a bit.  At his previous PBR event in Westfield a month prior, he was 83-87 mph. McCormick possesses tons of arm strength, and shows a lot of upside. He is a definite follow this upcoming spring.
