Fitz is a 5-foot-10, 180-pound right-handed hitter with a strong lower half. He uses an aggressive approach at the plate, gets the barrel on plane, and looks to drive the ball with some natural lift in his swing. He recorded a 93 mph exit velocity during BP. Defensively, Fitz shows good catch-and-throw ability, highlighted by a very quick transfer and release. He shows 80 mph arm strength from the crouch, and that, coupled with the quick release, has produced 1.90-1.96 workout pop times. Fitz has established himself as the top catcher in Kentucky's 2023 class.
