5-foot-11, 185 pound LHP. Defined lower half. Quick arm works through high-3/4 slot, normal effort. Long/loose arm action. Has steadily seen velocity rise, 4-5 mph increase in the last year. Fastball worked at 86-88 with occasional arm-side run. Sharp 1/7 curveball at 72-73 especially when down in the zone, flashed an 82 mph changeup for strikes thrown with good arm action that will be more effective with slightly bigger velocity difference off fastball. Webb is certainly one of the top few arms left on the board in the 2020 class. His pitchability and velocity should lead to being able to make an early impact at the next level.
