Lanky 6-foot-1, 140-pound RHP with significant physical projection. Loose and athletic arm works through a high-3/4 slot. Quickness in arm. Repeatable delivery. Fastball is mostly straight, shows feel for a developing slider with short break that should evolve into a big pitch moving forward, stays behind the changeup to produce some fade. Oak has a very high ceiling. His current velocity and physical projection make him one of the top Class of 2021 prospects we have seen to date.
