The PBR Future Games has become the premier national event in the country for underclass prospects. This year’s event will take place August 1^st – August 4^th at Grand Park in Westfield, IN. The annual event draws hundreds of college coaches and dozens of pro scouts to one location and is unmatched in terms of offering exposure to the top uncommitted rising sophomores and juniors in the Prep Baseball Report coverage area. This will be the fourth year Louisiana has participated in the event, with players like Blayne Enlow (St. Amant HS, 3^rd round pick of Twins in 2017) and Cade Beloso (John Curtis HS, LSU recruit, & 2018 PBR Louisiana POY), participating in years past.

Last year’s Louisiana/Arkansas team has seen 15 of the 16 players on its’ roster make their verbal commitment following the event, including six SEC commits.

The event will kick off next Wednesday, August 1^st with position players going through a pro-style workout, running the 60-yard dash, defensive evaluation, and on-field batting practice.

Games will begin on Thursday, as Louisiana faces off against Arizona at 12:45 PM. On Friday the Louisiana squad will matchup with Texas at 11:00 AM, and then face off against Oklahoma in their final game on Saturday at 12:45 PM.
