Statistical Breakdown: Team Louisiana

The Prep Baseball Report Future Games began August 1 at Grand Park, a state-of-the-art 22-field baseball complex located in Westfield, IN, just north of Indianapolis. Over 400 of the top uncommitted 2020 and 2021s in PBR’s 33 state coverage area plus Canada participated in a showcase in front of 200+ college coaches and MLB scouts.
A few Louisiana prospects cracked the overall leaderboard in multiple categories, including 2020 Benjamin David (Barbe HS, LA) who clocked an event-best pop time of 1.86-seconds.
Speedy 2020 OF Joe Delaney (Brother Martin HS, LA) turned in one of the top run times of the day, clocking a blazing 6.49-second laser-timed 60-yard dash. 2020 SS CJ McWilliams (Haughton HS, LA) also turned in one of top times of the day at 6.61-seconds, in addition to posting a positional velocity of 90 mph from the infield.
