On Monday, January 18, more than 60 of the top prospects from across the state of Louisiana participated in the Prep Baseball Report Winter Prospect Showcase at the Big Easy Sportsplex in Harahan, LA.

Today, Prep Baseball Report Louisiana takes a look at the outfielders that were in attendance.

1.Dean Alexander, OF, Thomas Jefferson HS(2016)
A 5-foot-11, 170-pound outfielder with a strong, athletic frame. Quality defender with soft hands, fluid footwork, clean exchange and plays through balls well. Long arm action into high-3/4 release with accuracy on throws and a positional velocity of 84 mph. Left-handed hitter that hits from athletic setup, smooth load, leg kick, and solid lower half.
